He has extensive experience in managing labor relations, both individual and collective, participating in collective bargaining processes across public and private sectors, and serving as an arbitrator in labor disputes. He currently serves as Director of the Department of Labor and Social Security Law at Universidad Sergio Arboleda and as Governor of the Colombian Bar Association for the 2026 term.
