Juan Pablo Argüelles Siller is General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer at FlyAcross, with over eight years leading legal strategy and advising the Board, CEO, and executive team. He holds a law degree from ITAM and has completed postgraduate studies in aviation, antitrust, finance, and corporate law.
He previously worked at Grupo Aeromexico, América Móvil, and the Federal Economic Competition Commission, and has served as a professor at institutions including ITAM and Tec de Monterrey. His expertise spans corporate, finance, contracts, tax, regulatory, compliance, and litigation.
Notably, he contributed to the first Open Skies Agreement between Mexico and the United States and led FlyAcross’s post-COVID financial restructuring and asset optimization.
