Conference Pass Policy

Our Guarantee

To be eligible for a refund under our conference satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions must be met.

The delegate must attend both days of the conference.

02

Once CLE credit has been claimed, the delegate is no longer eligible.

03

Submit proof of payment and the official feedback form before leaving on the final day.

04

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.

05

Applies only to paid delegate passes (excludes complimentary or sponsored passes).
