Sabiha Mehzabin Oishee is a tech entrepreneur, pro bono lawyer, social activist and a university lecturer. She is one of the first Bangladeshis to receive the DLA Piper Global Scholarship. She has completed her Post-graduate Fellowship from the prestigious University of Oxford. She started her non-profit organisation, Bangladesh Forum for Legal and Humanitarian Affairs, to promote sustainable legal solutions and has educated more than 10,000 people since 2019 through her platform. Sakshi Goel is a corporate lawyer with a strong background in Antitrust, IT, Data Protection and Intellectual Property law, gained over an experience of five years in the legal industry. She is currently working with Competition Commission of India, on issues such as anti-competitive behaviour in digital markets. Her expertise involves Patent drafting, filing, prosecution, designs, copyrights, and trademarks. Also proficient in conducting patentability search, landscape, FTO, Validation/Invalidation search, and EOU. She is also a NIPAM-TIFAC coordinator authorized to conduct IPR awareness sessions for educational institutions.
ROOPALI ADLAKHA
Roopali has experience in myriad areas of law and industries. She has worked in two tier 1 law-firms in India, and led major debt, equity and hybrid transactions, involving targets and investors, both domestic and international. Her experience in commercial, corporate, M&A, banking and finance and now as an in-house counsel handling not only the above but also real estate, IP, and employment law related matters, has given her unique experience. Working as the head of legal and business strategy at a fast-growing company has given her an in-depth understanding of how to balance the legal and commercial interests involved.
RAGHAV SABHARWAL
Mr. Raghav Sabharwal is an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India, with his core area of practice being in Dispute Resolution, Civil and Criminal Matters. Mr. Sabharwal started his career by assisting Justice Hima Kohli, as a Law Researcher in the Delhi High Court, after which he worked with J Sagar Associates for 4 years. He has represented the State Government of Haryana as an Assistant Advocate General before the Supreme Court of India. He has represented various multi-national corporate firms, government departments, and financial institutions where his role has been mostly instrumental in drafting pleadings and legal opinions.
