Roopali has experience in myriad areas of law and industries. She has worked in two tier 1 law-firms in India, and led major debt, equity and hybrid transactions, involving targets and investors, both domestic and international. Her experience in commercial, corporate, M&A, banking and finance and now as an in-house counsel handling not only the above but also real estate, IP, and employment law related matters, has given her unique experience. Working as the head of legal and business strategy at a fast-growing company has given her an in-depth understanding of how to balance the legal and commercial interests involved.
