Monica Romelina Sijabat is the Founder & Managing Partner at MRS Business Professional, based out of Jakarta, Indonesia, with an office in Washington DC, USA. MRS is a specialised Tax Consultancy Organization with expertise in Transfer Pricing, Tax Advisory, Audit, Review, Litigation, Compliance, and Review. Her professional background is as a Chartered Accountant, Tax Attorney & Tax Consultant with more than 20 years of experience. She has currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Indonesia (FEB UI) since 2018 until now & at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI) in 2017. In 2011, she was also a Brevet C Tax Instructor as well as a Main Member in the Association of Indonesian Accountants. She has an educational background and is an alumna of the Economics faculty at the University of Indonesia and an alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School in the field of Economic Development with the Executive Certificate.

She brings more than 17 years of experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, having worked with organizations including Bristol Myers Squibb, Ceribell, Insulet, and other high-growth life sciences companies.
Throughout her career, Elena has built and transformed compliance programs, legal operations, governance frameworks, and enterprise processes. Her work focuses on translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical systems that improve decision-making, reduce operational friction, and help organizations scale responsibly. She is particularly interested in how AI is reshaping legal work, governance, and organizational design.
Elena serves on the UCLA School of Law AI Law & Strategy Advisory Board and is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – International (CCEP-I). Earlier in her career, she contributed to United Nations initiatives focused on international legal development.

Fred Wolens is the Chief Legal Officer of Recorded Future, the threat intelligence company acquired by Mastercard in December 2024. He leads the company’s global legal function, spanning commercial contracting, privacy & data protection, compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Before Recorded Future, he was a member of Facebook’s Public Policy team, managing public relations and policy for security, privacy, and safety issues, and worked with technology companies including Airbnb, Uber, and SurveyMonkey, as well as the Office of the Shadow Foreign Secretary in the United Kingdom on technology policy research.
Fred holds a B.A. from Stanford University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a licensed member of the State Bar of California and is based in the Los Angeles area. His professional interests include cybersecurity policy, intelligence tradecraft, and geopolitical risk.

Phil Strauss is a technology legal executive specializing in product counseling, data protection, cybersecurity, AI governance and regulatory compliance for software, cybersecurity, gaming, digital health and e-commerce companies.Â
 He currently serves as Director of Privacy & AI Governance at cybersecurity company Fortinet, where he advises product, engineering, security and executive leadership teams on AI governance, cybersecurity incident response, privacy, product counseling and regulatory risk management.Â
 Previously, Phil held senior legal, privacy and compliance leadership roles at Sony PlayStation, StockX, Rakuten and other Silicon Valley technology companies.  Earlier in his career, Phil served as general counsel of two public business intelligence enterprise software companies, product counsel at Adobe, Director in the forensic advisory practice at KPMG, and an associate at Shearman & Sterling and Jones Day.Â
 He holds a B.A. from Emory University, a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, where he has also served as adjunct faculty teaching business law. He is admitted to practice in California and holds multiple privacy and AI governance certifications, including AIGP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP and PLS.  Phil is a regular speaker and moderator on privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity and technology law topics.Â
 Phil lives in San Francisco with his family and dogs and, outside work, can usually be found playing guitar in classic rock cover bands, reading thriller novels or pretending he still enjoys tennis, weightlifting, and his Peloton.Â
