Guillermo is a highly skilled Mexican lawyer who has gained over 50 years experience as General Legal Counsel and member of the Board of Directors of more than 70 companies such as: Bufete Aarun Tame, 5 years, De Regil, Laffan e Igartua, 3 years, Procter and Gamble de Mexico, with 12 years at The Procter and Gamble Company, Grupo Gomez Flores, 8 years, DuPont Mexico, 12 years, OHL or Aleatica as board member, member and President of the Societary Practices Committee.
