MOHAMED ZAHIR
Mohamed read for his Bachelor of Laws at the University of London. His practice includes civil and corporate litigation, corporate restructuring, foreign investment, debt recovery, general civil practice and employment law, an area of law in which he has litigated to establish new precedents. Mohamed was appointed as a Member and was subsequently appointed as President of the Maldivian Employment Tribunal. His clientele includes both local and foreign parties involved in diverse business activities. Mohamed is the current Managing Partner of Wisham, Zahir & Co and sits on statutory and non-statutory standing committes of the Bar Council of Maldives.
