She is a Chilean lawyer with over 40 years of experience in consumer protection, compliance, and legal risk management. Her career spans leadership in the public and private sectors, including serving at SERNAC as Head of the Legal Division, Acting National Director, and official spokesperson, where she led landmark consumer protection reforms. She later founded Phoenix Consultores, advising corporations and consumers on compliance, legal risk prevention, and sustainable business practices. A recognized leader in Chile, she actively contributes to public policy discussions, teaches, and speaks on consumer law. She is also the first female secretary of AIDA Chile, promoting innovation and corporate responsibility.
