Vivek Jhunjhunwala is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group at the Kolkata office of Khaitan & Co. His expertise lies in advising clients on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters, including domestic and international arbitrations. He also acts in an advisory role for several corporations in debt restructuring and succession planning and practices in the Supreme Court of India, various National Appellate Tribunals, the Calcutta High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, and other Arbitral Tribunals and forums, which are both institutional (SIAC / GAFTA) and ad-hoc in nature.
Mr. Jhunjhunwala has also been in charge of several administrative initiatives, as a part of Khaitan & Co. and also conducts and organizes regular lectures and other L&D activities. Also, he has published articles on Legal Jurisprudence on pressing informative topics.
