She serves as Legal Practice Leader and Partner at Deloitte Legal DR, specializing in M&A, foreign investment, corporate governance, infrastructure, energy, tourism, project finance, and capital markets. Thania has led landmark infrastructure and financing transactions, including major power, transportation, and energy projects across the Caribbean. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Barcelona and multiple executive credentials in governance, arbitration, and commercial contracting.
