​Sonali Mishra is an Entertainment lawyer, with a specialization in Intellectual Property (IP) laws. She has worked with media focussed leading organizations, ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited and Arha Media & Broadcasting Private Limited (an OTT platform “aha”). During her tenure as an in-house counsel, she gained experience in diverse fields of IP such as content, music, and technology. At Arha, she was also instrumental in the successful conclusion of multiple complex and high-stake deals for content and the development of an upgraded version of the application (aha 2.0). She has also represented producers/broadcasters in contractual negotiations with celebrity artists and authors. Subsequently, she ventured into an independent consultancy, during which she worked with ANM Global law firm and handled project-based documentation for the production of movies and content syndication
