Sarthak Sarin is a partner in Khaitan and Co’s corporate and commercial practice group. Sarthak has received B.B.A. LL.B. degree from Symbiosis Law School (Pune) and his MSc. in Law and Finance degree from St Anne’s College, University of Oxford (UK). Sarthak’s practice spans a range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, assets and business transfers and joint venture transactions and he regularly acts as a strategic advisor on particularly complex and often market-leading control deals, growth capital investments, collaborations and exits transactions in India. Sarthak also specializes in structuring inbound foreign investments and has considerable experience in negotiating high-value commercial contracts. He has also advised Indian and foreign clients on shareholder disputes in India.
