She is the founder of Rajeshwari & Associates She specializes in Intellectual property law, especially, IP litigation. She has been in the forefront of many of the cases that have defined the scope of intellectual property rights. She has argued several patent and trade secret litigation at the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across India.
