Pontsho Mabotja is an Intellectual Property professional. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property law from Stellenbosch University, specializing in Patent law, Trademark law, and Competition law. As a B-Type holder of the Xiamen University Scholarship, Pontsho previously worked with South African firms, gaining comprehensive experience in Trademark prosecution. Pontsho holds a scientific background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology from the University of Limpopo. The merging of her Scientific & Legal Career has led her to excel in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, and the educational and legal fields too. She has also been recognized as a Participant at the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law Summer School.
