Nour Akel is an Internal Legal Counsel at the Capital Bank of Jordan. She holds an experience of 13 years in Managing Key and High-Value Commercial Negotiations & Corporate Restructuring Projects including High-Level Mergers and acquisitions. Nour Akel has led some of the complex projects relating to digital transformation and the establishment of the Neo Bank. In 2022 Nour Akel was nominated as the Member of the Arab Women Empowerment Entity in Jordan, as a part of the Arab Banking Union under the International Union of Arab Banks.
