Mr. Nishant Datta, a third-generation lawyer, was born in 1979 in New Delhi. He completed his schooling at Hansraj Model School, New Delhi in 1997 and attended Ramjas College, Delhi University to earn his Bachelor’s Degree B.Com (Hons) in 2000. He then completed his LL.B degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, which he completed in 2003. Apart from this he also has a postgraduate diploma from the Indian Law Institute in IPR Laws. He joined the bar in 2003 and started practicing at the Delhi High Court, joining the family practice running for more than 50 years. His specialty has been litigation and arbitration with a special focus on cases on the Original Side of the High Court of Delhi as well as in commercial suits.
