Nalina has over 25 years of experience in the field of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has handled some of the complex corporate disputes and criminal litigation before the Apex court, High Courts, and various other Courts and Tribunals in India. She is a co-founder at Magnah Law Partners, which is based out of Bangalore with associated offices in major cities and she leads the dispute resolution team. Her experience in representing clients in most intricate and intertwined matters includes advising and representing clients as Counsel in cases involving protection of Intellectual Property Rights, issues arising under Company law, Information Technology matters and commercial disputes.
