Mayara Sant’Anna is a labor and employment lawyer specializing in contentious and advisory matters for Brazilian and international clients. She advises on complex labor disputes, employment agreements, collective bargaining, executive compensation, union negotiations, and workplace policies across industries including pharmaceuticals, energy, oil and gas, and multinational businesses. Mayara is also actively involved in the social pillar of ESG, supporting organizations with health and safety, diversity and inclusion, anti-harassment policies, employee well-being, and compliance initiatives.
