​Maristela Oliveira

Maristela Oliveira is a criminal lawyer with offices in Brasília, São Paulo, and New York, registered with OAB/DF and OAB/SP. She holds a graduate degree in Criminal Law and is a PhD student in Constitutional Law. A human rights advocate, she’s Director of ABA New York and active in various legal associations. Co-author of Empreendedoras da Lei Estados Unidos and Todas da Lei, she focuses on gender and justice. Maristela also serves as CEO of MO Brazilian Advisory.
