Luciana is a Corporate Attorney with over a decade of experience advising on complex transactions. A graduate of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, she holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Insper and is pursuing an MBA in Accounting Management, Controllership, and Valuation at PUC-PR.
She specializes in M&A, corporate, and contractual law, leading full-cycle transactions from structuring and due diligence to negotiation and closing. Her expertise includes SPAs, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, and convertible instruments.
