KSHITIJ GUPTA

Kshitij Gupta has been working with JSA Advocates since 2022 as legal associate in the corporate and projects team.

Prior to this he was working in HSA Advocates. In the past 2 years, Kshitij has advised on corporate matters, private equity, regulatory aspects across multiple industries and sectors including PPP Projects, FMCG and automotive. Kshitij is a common law registered, first-generation lawyer and graduated with First-Class Honours degree with a focus on corporate laws.
