Partner at Cortés Elías & Ravelo Alvarez de la Cadena Abogados, S.C., he has led the energy law, contracts, and corporate practice since 2018, following his role as Senior Associate at Hagerman Abogados. He also served in regulatory and legal roles at INAI and the Federal Electricity Commission.
With strong expertise in the electric power industry, he specializes in hedge contracts, PPAs, EPC, and turnkey contracts for energy generation. He has supported major solar projects, including a 390 MW photovoltaic initiative, and participated in multiple power auctions.
His experience also includes corporate and commercial law, advising IT and logistics clients, and leading data protection implementation across large organizations.
