She is also registered as an insolvency professional with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India and holds a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. With a blend of approximately 20 years of industry as well as advisory experience, she is providing services as a resolution professional / liquidator in insolvency resolution/liquidation related matters and is providing corporate advisory on day to day basis to several corporations. She is also actively involved in drafting, vetting and negotiating contracts and is making representations before several judicial and quasi-judicial fora regularly.
