He has rich work experience in advisory and litigation in indirect tax and also regularly advises clients on investment, transaction structuring, drafting, and negotiations. Mr. Joshi has also appeared before different quasi-judicial bodies and Tribunals.
After his joining as Heads-Operations at The LegalBook and TanRaa Legal, Mr. Joshi has moved from his professional legal career to a Firm Management role.
