Jorge is a Board Member and Chief Legal Officer of TSWL/Sarga-Tech, leading complex legal matters across the United States and the Caribbean in the emerging sargassum industry. Previously, he spent over 24 years as a Partner at EY and PwC, advising on large-scale cross-border M&A, tax, and infrastructure projects across Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, and the United States. He has been recognized by Legal 500, IFLR1000, International Tax Review, and other leading publications for his expertise in tax and M&A. Jorge has also held influential advisory roles, co-founded the European Business Association in Ukraine, and is a frequent international speaker and published author.
