Javier Amuchástegui is a lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in labor and immigration law. A graduate of Universidad Católica de Córdoba, he has served as a Professor of Labor Law since 2007. After gaining experience at a leading law firm and the State Attorney’s Office of Córdoba, he established his own legal practice. In 2023, he became Director of Legal at Serving Immigrants, where he leads a multicultural team of paralegals and oversees complex immigration matters. Known for his leadership, strategic approach, and client-focused mindset, Javier combines technical expertise with a collaborative and people-centered style.
