Henna is a first-generation lawyer. She is currently a Senior Associate at Universal Legal and has read law at the Government Law College, Mumbai. She also has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Warwick, UK. Her expertise lies in corporate and commercial laws and general corporate advisory. Henna has advised and assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and start-up advisory, intellectual property, and commercial contracts. Henna has worked extensively on both domestic as well as cross-border deals across a wide variety of sectors including inter-alia technology, media and pharmaceuticals.
