Hamza specialises in the infrastructure sector with a focus on public procurements and public private partnerships. He works closely with various public sector companies/departments as a transaction advisor in structuring projects and conducting competitive bidding processes for selection of private parties while also representing private sector companies seeking to participate in infrastructure projects.
Hamza completed his LL.B (Hons.) from the University of London and holds an LL.M from the University of California, Berkeley. He is also enrolled as an Advocate and is a member of the Sindh Bar Council and Karachi Bar association.
