GERARDO ALANIS is a corporate attorney at Baker McKenzie, based in Monterrey, Mexico. With deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate reorganizations, and financing, he regularly advises multinational companies operating in or entering the Mexican market. Gerardo holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s in Business Law (Mexico), an LL.M. (U.S.), and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Law.
