Following his primary education and civil service in Cologne, Germany, Dr. Florian Koemm studied law at the Universities of Passau and Bonn, Germany. In honor of his accomplishments he received a post-graduate scholarship and received a PhD in finance law by the University of Bonn. Dr. Koemm started his career with Siemens in Munich advising Siemens Financial Services and later advising its Rolling Stock Business in Erlangen. Today, he is the General Counsel for Siemens Energy in the Middle East, based in Dubai.
