Erica Kinoshita is Head of the Legal Department for the Hydro Generation Division of ANDRITZ Group in Brazil and a Board Member of the AMCHAM Arbitration and Mediation Center. With over 21 years of experience, she specializes in infrastructure projects, EPC contracts, arbitration, litigation, and high-value negotiations. Erica has provided strategic legal leadership for major hydropower projects and recently contributed to Brazil’s Capacity Reserve Auction, supporting contracts valued at nearly USD 1 billion. She has also led complex disputes, securing recoveries exceeding BRL 500 million. Her expertise and leadership have earned her appointments to the arbitrator rosters of both AMCHAM and CCEE.
