Emel Nakay is the Contracting Effectiveness Lead and a Senior Legal Counsel at Accenture for the Middle East region. With more than 20 years of experience across multinational companies, she has gained a wealth of knowledge in corporate and commercial contracting, negotiations, technology transactions, managing compliance programs, business strategy, and risk analysis. During her 12-year tenure with Accenture, Emel has been focusing on helping Accenture’s sales, solution development and client delivery teams and she has also developed a collaborative global mindset by working with cross-functional teams, and senior business leaders around the world.
Emel is a fully qualified lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar. She is also an active mentor of INJAZ Company Program and Middlesex Future Lawyers Program to help the next generation’s talents grow.
