David Almeida Madrid is an Associate at ALN – Mining Law Firm, specializing in administrative, regulatory, and contentious law within the mining sector. He has been involved in strategic litigation challenging reforms to Mexican laws, including the Mining Law and National Water Law, and has supported key acquisitions that enabled clients’ expansion in Mexico.
He represents mining companies before federal and state authorities such as the General Mining Bureau, SAT, IMSS, and CONAGUA. Previously, he served as Head of the Litigation Department at PRODECON.
