Mr Choudhary has been dealing with corporate and industrial law since 1990 and has held several important positions in the corporate world and industrial undertakings of national and international repute. He has also been appearing regularly and arguing the matter before several tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal etc. and is empanelled as an advocate by several banks and finance companies of national and international presence.
