Mr. Biçer is a qualified lawyer and mediator. He is currently working as chief legal officer at Arma Group and of counsel to Eurasia Legal. Having an LLM in Information Technology Law, he is about to obtain a 2nd LLM degree in international trade and investment law from Xiamen University with high success as a fully funded Chinese Government Scholar. He enjoys working interdisciplinary and continues his studies on law and economics especially in the EMEA region. His fields of professionalism are start-up & venture law, SaaP, commercial law, international investment law, financial markets, private international law, and immigration services.
