Holding 18 years of experience in the field of Taxation & Corporate Laws, Asmita graduated from Symbiosis Society’s Law College, Pune in 2005 and was enrolled as an Advocate. In 2011, she started her own Law Firm, SM LEGAL and currently operates from offices in New Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Cuttack. She has appeared in over 500 cases Pan-India and is empanelled in NHAI, IndusInd Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Asmita has been awarded with the Scroll of Honour by Ex-President of India, Under 40 Rising Star by Legal Era Group and Professional of the Year Award by Indian Achievers Forum.
