Versatile and experienced, he offers skills in the drafting, review and negotiation of legal agreements with government and private sector clients for projects in the construction, energy, transport, oil and gas, and technology industries in multiple jurisdictions. Over the last ten years, he has supported and advised on regulations and policies of national and international importance in a variety of sectors and more currently advise on all legal issues relating to the digital transformation of automation and energy management and predictive maintenance for a variety of projects including Data Centers, buildings and homes.
