Anabell has been with McDonald’s Mexico since 2005 and continued with Arcos Dorados from 2007, driving significant legal and operational advancements across her region. She has strengthened the company’s compliance framework by implementing FCPA protocols and leading executive training on anti-corruption, franchising, and data protection. Anabell has negotiated over 1,000 complex real estate transactions while overseeing intellectual property and marketing legal clearances. As Vice President of Legal Affairs at CANIRAC, she has represented more than 700,000 affiliates, advancing industry policy and legal initiatives. She holds a law degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an LL.M., and has completed governance studies at Yale University.
