Abu Zafor Md. Obidullah Chowdhory is a versatile corporate lawyer with over a decade of experience, presently heads the Legal Affairs Department at Summit Alliance Port Limited, home to Bangladesh’s largest off-dock. Formerly a Divisional Officer at Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit, he holds advocacy positions at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Taxes Bar Association. Mr. Chowdhory is an Associate Member of the Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM) and an active participant of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC), with excellence in legal services, encompassing documentation, acquisition, ADR, compliance, labour and property matters, litigation, and access to justice. His expertise is complemented by extensive training in team building, code of conduct, and access to justice on national and international platforms.
