Abu Sadat Mohammad Sayem Ali Pathan is a managing partner of Pathan & Associates and practicing lawyer of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. His areas of expertise include corporate and commercial matters, IP laws, foreign investment, regulatory and compliance matters, labour law, litigation etc. He has even represented Bangladesh in regional level of Moot Court Competitions and adjudicated in different moot court competitions i.e. Jessup International Round. Abu has even authored three books i.e. Company Laws, Intellectual Property Laws and Drafting.
