Dora Rozemblatt is Legal Counsel for Telesign Corporation in Brazil, supporting the company’s commercial, regulatory, privacy, and corporate matters as its first in-house counsel in the country.
Based in São Paulo, she has spent her career at the intersection of technology, data, and intellectual property. She previously worked on tech contracts and IP at Dimensa S.A., the technology joint venture between Totvs and B3. She graduated from PUC-Rio, where her thesis on artificial intelligence and algorithmic discrimination received the Law Department’s honors, and is pursuing postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property and Innovation at FGV São Paulo.
