As Senior Legal Counsel – Execution (LATAM) at METLEN Energy & Metals, she advises on contractual, regulatory, compliance, and risk management matters throughout the lifecycle of large-scale renewable energy projects in Chile. Her expertise includes EPC and FIDIC contracts, claims management, dispute prevention, procurement, and strategic legal support for complex international infrastructure projects. She holds a Master’s Degree in Regulation and is pursuing an LL.M. in Business Law, with a strong interest in legal innovation, artificial intelligence, and technology-driven legal solutions.
