Thais Barros is a Brazilian legal executive and tax lawyer with over 10 years of experience in tax law, corporate advisory, governance, and strategic legal risk management. She currently serves as Head of Legal at Atmus Filtration Brazil, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, advising leadership on governance, compliance, labor, corporate, and risk matters. Throughout her career, she has counseled major national and international companies on complex tax, corporate, and M&A transactions. Thais holds a Law degree from the University of São Paulo, a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from FGV, and has completed international academic and executive programs in Canada, Japan, and the United States.
