Veronica Schroeder is a regulatory attorney with over a decade of experience advising multinational companies in the technology and broadcasting sectors. She specializes in regulatory frameworks, commercial and advertising law, and compliance strategies in highly regulated industries.
She currently serves as Regulatory Counsel at Uber Mexico. Previously, she held legal roles at Grupo Televisa and TelevisaUnivision, focusing on broadcasting regulation, compliance, and commercial matters. Her experience also includes intellectual property and labor law.
Veronica holds a Master’s in Business Law and a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, along with additional training in political analysis and regulatory intelligence.
