Patricia Villa Berger is a legal innovation strategist focused on the intersection of technology, legal operations, and access to justice. She holds a JSD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where her research explored the use of AI to improve legal services and regulatory design.
She serves as Special Advisor at KermaPartners, leading initiatives in legal ops, legal tech, and technology strategy. Her work centers on redesigning legal processes, building data-driven capabilities, and deploying AI responsibly. She also led a project recognized with the 2023 Legal Innovation in Operations award by CLOC.
Patricia has collaborated with government bodies and international organizations, including the Federal Judiciary Council, INEGI, the ICRC, and the International Criminal Court.
