Pedro Longhi is Legal Chief Officer at JiveMauá Group, a leading Brazilian alternative asset manager with over R$24 billion in assets under management. He oversees legal strategy and supports the structuring and execution of complex investment transactions across credit, real estate, and special situations.
He has extensive experience in capital markets, M&A, and corporate finance, having worked at Lefosse Advogados, Itaú BBA, White & Case, and Mattos Filho Advogados. His background includes advising on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.
Pedro holds a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a master’s in business economics from FGV. He is admitted to the Brazilian Bar and is fluent in English and German.
