Ricardo Medina is a Senior Vice President at Banamex Afore with over 10 years of experience in antitrust, corporate law, and private equity. Since 2022, he has led legal oversight of alternative investments, contributing to over 40 fund closings across global markets and managing a legacy portfolio of 60+ investment trusts.
Previously, he served as General Counsel at Arago Capital, overseeing due diligence, regulatory, and compliance matters, and worked at COFECE on antitrust investigations and merger control.
