Somesh Tiwari

Somesh, is currently the Managing Partner at Vardharma Chambers. He has been practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in matters focusing on Arbitration, Banking, Company Law and Prevention of Money laundering Act. Mr. Tiwari has been appointed by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh and the State Government of West Bengal as panel counsel to represent the State Governments before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the National Green Tribunal.
