Arnav Shah is a Principal Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he practices in the general corporate group advising clients on inbound and outbound M&A and investments and other general corporate matters. Arnav specializes in advising on public M&A transactions namely takeovers, delisting and other corporate transactions involving listed companies. Arnav in his legal career has practiced as corporate lawyer at the law firms of Wadia Ghandy & Co. and Talwar Thakore & Associates, practicing in their Mumbai offices prior to practicing at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Arnav graduated in 2010 from Government Law College, Mumbai, receiving his B.L.S.LLB and in 2015 he received his LLM with honors from the Columbia Law School, New York with a focus on corporate and securities laws.
